Initial Asset Check
Prior to physically repossessing certain vehicles, Matrix Recovery Service has its qualified agents conduct a preliminary evaluation of the collateral to assess the condition and potential resale value.
Comprehensive Evaluation
The evaluation includes a visual inspection of the vehicle’s exterior, interior, and possibly some mechanical components to determine its overall condition, and this information is then forwarded to our clients.
Informed Decisions
By conducting an evaluation and providing a brief condition summary of collateral that is in “rough condition”, Matrix clients can then make informed decisions regarding the continuation of the repossession process, or can decide to forgo repossession and pursue other avenues for loss compensation.
